Pre-flagship · GCC hospitality platform
The world's proven F&B,
brought to the Gulf.
We master-franchise the world's tested restaurant brands into the GCC —
and build original concepts beside them. One platform, two engines:
one de-risked, one upside.

The platform
Two engines, one platform.
Proven brands make the story fundable. Original concepts make it valuable.
01
Master Franchising
The de-risked engine
We secure GCC rights to the world's tested F&B brands — casual
dining, fast casual, coffee and beyond — then localize and scale them
on known unit economics. Demand is already proven; the work is
operational execution, not market discovery.
Alongside the franchise portfolio we develop our own dining IP —
concepts the group owns outright. This is where a platform compounds
value beyond the licence fee: brand equity that belongs to us.
Americana Restaurants — master franchisee of KFC, Pizza Hut and Hardee's across the Middle East since the 1970s — today operates 2,650+ restaurants in 12 countries, generated $1.8 billion in revenue in the first nine months of 2025, and is dual-listed on the Abu Dhabi and Saudi exchanges.
A single, coherent region. The GCC shares a customer, a regulatory logic and
a real-estate ecosystem — so a platform built for the UAE extends across the
Gulf. Flagship first, then a measured rollout market by market.

How the group operates
Four principles, held without exception.
01
Operator-led
We run restaurants before we franchise them. Capital backs operators — that is the whole thesis.
02
Proven demand only
We license concepts with a real track record, on known unit economics — not hunches or hype.
03
Disciplined capital
One flagship, then a measured rollout. Each opening earns and de-risks the next. No land grab.
04
Local depth
GCC supply chain, labour market, real-estate relationships and regulatory fluency — first-hand.
The team
Capital backs operators.
This platform is led by operators who have built and run restaurant
concepts in the UAE — first-hand experience with the supply chain,
the labour market, the fit-out, and the Gulf diner. The thesis is not
theoretical; it is the next, disciplined step for a team that has
already done the hard version.
